    Fully qualified Carpenter, Joiner and Licensed Builder – QBCC – 724168. Richard has over 26 Years of experience working in Cairns, Cape York and the Torres Strait. He is the Managing Director of WIP Construction with a wealth of construction and business experience.

    Construction Manager

    Ross is our Construction Manager with over 25 years experience in the industry. Ross joined WIP in 2010 and is responsible for maintaining and directing our 30+ man team of skilled carpenters and apprentices across FNQ and the Torres Strait. Ross is a qualified Builder and carpenter/joiner.

    Matt is an experienced Project Manager with a strong Contracts Administration background. Matt holds a Bachelor of Architectural Design and a Masters Degree in Construction Management. Matt has been responsible for successfully delivering some of WIP’s most prestigious projects.

    With a carpentry trade background, Dave has been in the industry for many decades. Dave’s experience extends from residential construction renovations all the way to commercial project expertise. Dave has his finger on the pulse of FNQ market pricing and provides our clients with the most up to date information available.

    Compliance and Operations Manager

    Anthony Willett, Project Manager and Lead Work Health & Safety since 2021 has over 10 years experience within the industry. Anthony manages civil projects, bringing a hands-on approach to quality, safety, and schedules. Holding a Diploma in Leadership and Management, CERT IV Trainer Assessor, and Civil Construction Supervision Anthony has a successfully delivered outstnading results for our clients.

    Cheryl Joined WIP Construction in 2024, bringing 8 years of construction industry experience. Armed with a Bachelor of Construction Management (Hons). Cheryl’s versatile commercial construction experience spans government, private and remote projects with experience in both design and construct and construct only projects. Her commitment to high-quality results makes her a valuable asset to any project team.
