Project Highlights

Difficulties: The project required coordination of R&J Batteries and Good Brew Coffee’s differing operational requirements within a single development. Restricted site access and limited laydown space required careful sequencing of piling, concrete works, tilt panel erection and structural steel installation.

Weather variability and underground stormwater installation added further complexity, requiring close coordination between subcontractors to maintain construction progress and accommodate competing site activities.

Outcomes: Effective trade scheduling and stakeholder communication supported the successful delivery of the new commercial facility, with both tenants satisfied with the completed development.

The project provides R&J Batteries with a modern warehouse and office space, alongside a dedicated drive-through tenancy for Good Brew Coffee. All structural works, building services and internal finishes were completed alongside carparking, driveways, landscaping and stormwater infrastructure, delivering a functional development tailored to both businesses.
